PICCO is a structural engineering firm specializing in natural stone. The 2023 series focused on construction + process primarily in black + white with colour from imagery, in an editorial conversational style. Content sections include a 15-second project reel, Q&A conversation, Offcuts with stone facts, industry events and featured media link.

Known as the tallest structure on the East side, 520 Park Avenue is a prime location, ranking #7 on New York City’s top 25 most prestigious condos with skyline views overlooking Central Park. This residential skyscraper stands 780 ft tall with 54 storeys and 34 exclusive full-floor simplex and duplex residences. With the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MoMA) just a few blocks away, it is also within walking distance of many of the city’s top restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.
